Contract With the Option to Hire... This option is available should your situation require a contract employee to convert to a regular, full-time employee.
Regular, Full-Time Employees... We provide a recruiting service option to find employees for you. We guarantee our placements for a predetermined duration. If you are not satisfied with the candidate's performance or capabilities during this time period, we will either replace the candidate or refund the fee in full.
