Our Approach and Process
The main key to our service is simple - be honest and responsive in all communications.
We are always interested in the availability of computer professionals whether they are looking for contract, contract to permanent, or permanent employment opportunities. Once we have made contact with a candidate and received their resume, the real work begins.
Our recruiters confirm experience and screen technical expertise. We then match candidate skills and desires with customer job opportunites. This is done with the candidates input and direction. We never submit any candidate's resume without approval first.
The client is connected immediately to schedule a potential phone interview or face-to-face interview, based on the convenience of both parties. This timing can take a few minutes or maybe a few hours, but we try to not let it go past 48 hours. With our account managers providing solid job specifications and each recruiter confirming a candidte's qualifications, an offer can be extended very quickly.
Our approch to servicing the type of demand that our industry has created is to always maintain constant communication withour customers, their managers, and all of our computer consultants. These include both past, present and prospective employees of our firm.
